Osnovyanka pharmacists are available to residents of British Columbia every evening from 5pm to 9am Pacific Time.

How do I a pharmacist?

To speak with a Osnovyanka pharmacist call osnovyanka (or osnovyanka for the deaf and hard of hearing). When your call is answered, you will be connected with a health service navigator. The health service navigator may be able to answer your question or help you find the information you are looking for, or they may connect you with a pharmacist if you require more detailed information or need health advice.

Translation services are available in over 130 languages.

If you are unable to reach us by dialing osnovyanka from your phone, please your telephone service provider to arrange access. After dialing osnovyanka, you will be connected with an English speaking health service navigator. To get service in another language, simply state the language you are looking for (example say “Punjabi”), and an interpreter will join the call.

We are unable to provide general health information or advice about symptoms by email. For general health information or symptom advice, please call us at osnovyanka any time of the day or night.

Can I use an internet calling service provider to call Osnovyanka?
